It is used to cover all 1/6 size cold food pans and has a peg hole for easy hanging to store or dry. The food pan cover features a non-stick surface for better food release and easy cleaning. It is made of FDA-compliant materials and designed for use in temperatures of -40 to 212 degree F. The cold food pan is NSF-certified and dishwasher safe.
